Edu Passion 2018

Back on February, to be exact on 15th February 2018, we had this event on our school called Edu Passion. It's an annual event created to provide an insight about university faculties for us, high school students. There are dozens of college booths who promoted and presented details about each of their majors through their representative. The event was targeted mainly towards the 12th grader student, as to make them sure about where they would go next. That being told, the event was not limited only for them.

Me and my friends interviewed the representative of some educational institutions that were invited, as you can see in the video I attached below.

Before that, we'd like to apologize for the audio problem throughout the video. We lost the audio recordings and it was really noisy. But we gave subtitle in the video so we hope it'll be okay! Enjoy!

The Food Of Hell From Indonesia

Famous as one of the best tropical countries, Indonesia provides tons of uniqueness and excitement. Its nature, culture, and art always bring millions of tourist each year. However, this time we are going to talk about one thing, Indonesia’s cuisine, in particular Sambal. Sambal or sambel is infamous among tourist as the food of hell for its undeniable ability to make the consumer produces tears and sweat when eating. Produced using chili as its main ingredient, sambal is indeed taste extremely spicy. Sambal is made by grinding ‘cabai’ or chili, along with several complements such as onion, cherry,  tomato, ‘terasi’, sugar, and salt. The ingredients are grinded using traditional tool made usually from wood or plastic. The texture is smooth with a vibrant color of green and red, depending on which chili you use.
